"Lord Grenville"

William Wyndham Grenville, 1st Baron Grenville (1759 - 1834) was a British Pittite Tory and politician who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1806 to 1807. Portrait in octagonal frame as part of a monument, surmounted by illumonated laurel wreath, surrounded by garland of oak leaves, flanked by two trumpets, with roses below.
