Emperor of All Russia, Tsar of Poland and Grand Duke of Finland from the Romanov dynasty. The eldest son of the imperial couple Nikolai Pavlovich and Alexandra Fedorovna.
Implemented large-scale reforms. Awarded the epithet - Liberator (abolished serfdom and victory in the war for the independence of Bulgaria). He died as a result of a terrorist act organized by the secret revolutionary organization "Narodnaya Volya".
